Hoàng thảo Hạc, Hạc lan - Dendrobium incurvum

Dendrobium incurvum là một loài thực vật có hoa trong họ Lan. Loài này được Lindl. mô tả khoa học đầu tiên năm 1859.

Trong cuốn Phong Lan Việt Nam, Trần Hợp có ghi: Lan sống phụ, thân hình thoi. Lá thuôn hẹp. Cụm hoa có it hoa, mọc ở nách lá. Hoa nhỏ mấu lục nhạt, cánh môi thuôn dài nhọn, có vân mầu đỏ nâu. Cây mọc ở Bảo Lộc, Lâm Đồng.

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in Myanmar, Andaman Islands, Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam as a miniature to small sized, warm growing epiphyte with many noded stems carrying 3 or more, linear-oblong, apically notched leaves that blooms on a lteral to subterminal, 1 to 1.5" [2.5 to 3.75 cm] long, 4 to 8 flowered inflorescence arising from the nodes opposite the leaves below the apex of the stem and carrying short lived, greenish yellow flowers

Some References say that this orchid is similar or synomonous to D eriaeflorum, but it differs in having larger flowers with the edges of the hypochile strongly serrate, the median keel with raised edges, and an acute tip.

Other references put D aclinia as a synonym of this species but I have left them separate for now until I can see a photo/drawing of it to compare.
